We seek a Part-Time Administrative Assistant to join our Behavioral Health Urgent Care (BHUCC) team in Philadelphia, Pa. This posting is Part-Time, First Shift (Saturday - Sunday 10:30am - 7:00pm EST). Earn $24.05/hr.! We are a Behavioral Health Urgent Care/Walk-In Center for adults needing non-crisis same-day care in North Philadelphia. Consider it "urgent care" for individuals experiencing emotional or behavioral health concerns. Individuals will participate in resolution-focused services and aftercare planning to prepare for long-term recovery and connection to ongoing care. We serve individuals regardless of income or insurance status. Our services do not replace the need for ongoing mental health care; rather, we aim to reduce avoidable visits to crisis centers and emergency rooms by helping people get the mental health care they need when they need it. Position Details The Administrative Assistant provides administrative support to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the BHUCC. Reporting to the BHUCC Manager, the Admin Assistant will handle a wide range of administrative tasks, contributing to the overall effectiveness and organization of the BHUCC daily activities. The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications: * High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration is a plus. * Previous experience in administrative support roles, preferably in a healthcare or behavioral health setting. * Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems and office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite). * Good communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and colleagues professionally.
