Robert Half Administrative Assistant in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania

Description

We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity in the non-profit industry in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team and help us with important administrative functions. As an Administrative Assistant In this role, you'll be handling customer inquiries, keeping customer records up-to-date, and processing customer applications.

What you get to do every single day:

• Oversee the process of invoice verification and timely processing

• Maintain up-to-date records of all financial transactions

• Coordinate team meetings, including the creation and distribution of agendas

• Monitor and document key points and action items during team meetings

• Review and approve employee timecards, ensuring their accuracy

• Work with team members to resolve any discrepancies in timecards

• Collaboratively document team successes, challenges, and lessons learned

• Assist in the preparation of reports or presentations to showcase team achievements

• Review and submit expense reports, ensuring their accuracy and compliance with company policies.

Requirements

Other requirements for the Administrative Assistant position include and are not limited to:

• Proven experience in the Non-Profit sector as an Administrative Assistant or similar role

• Demonstrable skills in customer service, with a strong commitment to providing exceptional support

• Proficiency in handling both Inbound and outbound calls, ensuring effective communication with all stakeholders

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, with the ability to create, manage, and interpret data spreadsheets

• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, with experience in managing emails, calendars, and contact databases

• Knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint, with the ability to create compelling presentations for various audiences

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, with the ability to create, format, and edit documents efficiently

• Experience in scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating meetings for team members.
