University of Pennsylvania Assistant Professor of Clinical Medicine, Interventional Cardiology at Penn Presbyterian Medical Center in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania

The Division of Cardiovascular Medicine in the Department of Medicine at the Perelman School of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania seeks candidates for several Assistant Professor positions in the non-tenure academic clinician track. Applicants must have an M.D. degree. Candidates must be board certified or board eligible in Internal Medicine as well as Cardiovascular Diseases and Interventional Cardiology.

Teaching responsibilities may include small group workshops in the Module 2 pathophysiology course, participation in the clinical education of medical students, medical residents, and cardiology fellows. Academic Clinicians must participate in a minimum of 100 credits per year of active and high-quality teaching or equivalent service.

Clinical responsibilities may include clinical care and performance of invasive procedures on patient with ischemic heart disease, valvular heart disease, and peripheral vascular disease at Penn Presbyterian Medical Center (PPMC).
