ARAMARK Client Data Product Owner in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania

Job Description

Our vision is to enable profitable growth to Aramark?s Accounts by providing them with analytical assets that meet their needs as effectively and then efficiently as possible. To achieve this vision, Aramark will re-think how data can deliver strategic value to its line of business accounts from the lens of their account operators.

We are seeking an Analytics Leader who will work collaboratively with our line of business leaders to create the next generation of Client analytics at Aramark. This leader will be accountable for collaborating with stakeholders throughout Aramark to establish an analytics strategy that captures the unique value Aramark brings to each client.

The Client Data Product Owner will work with Line of Business, Enterprise Shared Services, and external partner teams to deliver the strategy to enable a data driven culture across the business. The delivery of new products will include the technical capabilities and the processes required to enable adoption in the field. The successful candidate will have a passion for defining analytics strategies, coordinating the delivery of new capabilities, managing change, and measuring the effectiveness of new processes with data.

Job Responsibilities

Core Job Duties/Responsibilities

Reporting to the VP of Cognitive Data Services and accountable to the Business Unit Sector CIO?s, this role will work closely with the respective line of business Growth and Operations teams.

The role is accountable for:

? Leading the definition and delivery of data products that provide insights for our clients on the unique value Aramark provides across various domains and AI driven recommendations on how we can take account focused actions

? Collaborate with stakeholders, engineers, analysts, and designers to define the product vision, roadmap, and backlog

? Manage the product lifecycle from ideation to launch, including user research, testing, feedback, iteration, successful adoption, and ongoing measurement

? Communicate the product value proposition, strategy, and progress to internal and external audiences

? Ensure the quality, reliability, and scalability of the data products and the underlying data infrastructure

? Drive AI and data innovation that is impactful to the account teams, shaping ideas and defining potential value

? Create business value assessments for new projects and measure value attainment for existing projects

In addition this role will:

? Be expected to play a leadership role for the broader technology community at Aramark. Acting as a role model and coach for others on how service to drive business results.

? Proactively engage business and technology executive leadership team on analytics strategy, challenges, opportunities and business innovation.

? Serve as principal talent manager by ensuring that Aramark across its business and functions develops a pipeline of highly skilled analytics leaders capable of executing the company?s service strategies.

? Coach technology leaders and extended staff to maximize their effectiveness and long-term development on service related competencies.

? Maintain full administrative responsibility for analytics transformation including business case, budgets, staffing, administration, planning, etc.

Qualifications

? A minimum of 5 years of analytics strategy definition and execution experience within multi-billion revenue organizations.

? Experience in high influence models leading teams/groups of diverse professionals and managing operations in a distributed organization.

? A solid grasp of data management principles and technologies such as data modeling, data analysis and statistics to tell a narrative and/or generate data-driven insights

? A bachelor?s degree in technology (computer science/engineering), business administration or a related field is required. An advanced degree is highly desirable

processes and create efficiencies. Anticipate and ensure that the appropriate resources and

structures are in place to support short- and long-term business goals. Create effective

metrics to support fact-based opinions and drive results.

? Ensure current and future organizational talent needs are met by leading in recruiting, hiring, developing, coaching, and mentoring others. Create a high-performance culture by clearly communicating high expectations and regularly evaluating others? job performance against specific standards. Motivate teams by leading by example, actively rewarding strong performance and recognizing their efforts.

? Leverage outstanding interpersonal skills to build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Communicate and interact effectively with others by collaborating and cooperating, even with those holding divergent and/or opposing views and goals.
