A Brief Overview This role manages program services and/or clinical operations and is responsible for short and long-term operational goals and objectives.

What you will do Manage program strategy, planning and operations Oversee program development including policies, procedures, and strategies Ensure compliance, professional standards and regulatory requirements in care Lead initiatives to promote program growth, improvement and sustainability Establish partnerships with and present programs to internal and external audiences Oversee the development, collection and reporting of performance metrics Provide program financial oversight, including planning/budgets, analysis and projections Oversee the use, maintenance and optimization of program systems, databases and tools Assist in development and execution of program outreach and advocacy Hire, train, manage and develop staff Other duties and initiatives as needed

Education Qualifications Bachelor's Degree Required Master's Degree Preferred

Experience Qualifications At least seven (7) years clinical program related experience Required At least three (3) years of leadership, management, or supervisory experience Required At least five (5) years of leadership, management, or supervisory experience Preferred

Skills and Abilities Intermediate proficiency with office software (Microsoft Office) including word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Excellent verbal and written communications skills Excellent time management skills Excellent organizational skills Excellent interpersonal skills Strong project management skills Strong conflict resolution skills Strong leadership skills Ability to influence others to accomplish tasks outside of the direct span of control Ability to gather, analyze and make recommendations/decisions based on data Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism Ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
