Work You'll Do Manage the end-to-end journey from On-Premise to Cloud within the following focus areas for information technology projects: Cloud messaging, ground-to-Cloud connectivity, Cloud Strategy, Operating Model Transformation, Cloud Development, Cloud Integration and Application Programming Interfaces (APIs), Cloud Migration, Cloud Infrastructure and Engineering, and Cloud Managed Services. Manage the design and implementation of large-scale data ecosystems including data management, governance and the integration of structured and unstructured data to generate insights leveraging Cloud-based platforms. Manage day-to-day interactions with executives and sponsors and develop and maintain contact with top decision makers. Manage and lead aspects of the proposal development process for information technology projects and contribute to the development of proposal pricing strategies. Perform role of counselor and coach, actively participate in staff recruitment and retention activities, and provide leadership and support for delivery teams and staff in local offices. Improve internal processes and promote knowledge sharing in the team, by contributing to the community of practice, blogs, and other forms of market eminence.      • 50% Travel Required Nationally      • Telecommuting Permitted      • Work location includes various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally

Requirements Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field. Must have 3 years of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. In the alternative, the employer will accept a Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) and 5 years of progressive related work experience. Position requires 3 years of related work experience in each of the following:      • Participating in the creation of innovative and transformative Cloud-based technology solutions to address clients' next generational needs, creating effective IT visions, strategies and roadmaps utilizing Microsoft (MS) Project, MS Visio, MS Teams, Jira, and Confluence;      • Interfacing directly with client stakeholders to gather functional and technical requirements, analyze client requirements, and translate requirements into project designs to deliver solutions that meet client needs, utilizing Jira, Confluence, Rally, Lucidchart, and MS Visio;      • Tracking and reporting on project and milestone deliverable status to ensure timely project delivery and communicating updates to internal and external stakeholders utilizing MS Project, Jira, MS Excel, MS Teams, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint;      • Guiding the project responsibilities of cross-functional onshore and offshore team members to ensure efficient completion of project tasks, utilizing MS Teams, MS Project, Jira, Confluence, and Rally;      • Guiding, developing, and mentoring staff, assessing engagement performance, and performing year-end reviews;      • Monitoring and reporting statuses, risks, and dependencies across projects utilizing MS Project, Jira, Rally, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint;      • Coordinating and implementing business transformation initiatives utilizing Salesforce Platform, Salesforce Sales Cloud, Salesforce Service Cloud, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Salesforce Health Cloud, Siebel Financial, Siebel Marketing, and Siebel Sales; and      • Designing scalable, secure, and efficient technical Cloud ecosystems to support enterprise applications and integrating with On-Premise and Cloud applications, utilizing Salesforce Platform, Siebel Customer Relationship Management (CRM), MuleSoft, Tibco, Informatica, SQL Server, and Visual Studio.
