Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Consulting, Specialist Master in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.

Work You'll Do Manage information technology projects including the end-to-end journey from On-Premises to Cloud within the following focus areas: Cloud messaging, ground-to-Cloud connectivity, Cloud Strategy, Operating Model Transformation, Cloud Development, Cloud Integration and Application Programming Interfaces (APIs), Cloud Migration, Cloud Infrastructure and Engineering, and Cloud Managed Services. Manage the information project technology design and implementation of large-scale data ecosystems including data management, governance and the integration of structured and unstructured data to generate insights leveraging Cloud-based platforms. Manage day-to-day interactions with executives and sponsors and develop and maintain contact with top decision makers. Manage and lead aspects of the information technology project proposal development process and contribute to the development of proposal pricing strategies. Perform role of counselor and coach, actively participate in staff recruitment and retention activities, and provide leadership and support for delivery teams and staff in local offices. Improve internal processes and promote knowledge sharing in the team, by contributing to the community of practice, blogs, and other forms of market eminence. • 50% Travel required nationally. • Telecommuting permitted. • Work location includes various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.

Requirements Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field. Must have 3 years of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. In the alternative, the employer will accept a Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) and 5 years of progressive related work experience. Position requires 3 years of related work experience in each of the following: • Interfacing directly with client stakeholders to gather functional and technical requirements, analyze client requirements, and translate requirements into project designs to deliver solutions that meet client needs, utilizing requirements workshops, document and interface analysis, and prototyping; • Tracking and reporting on project and milestone deliverable status to ensure timely project delivery, and communicating updates to internal and external stakeholders, utilizing SCOPE Situational Analysis; • Managing the information technology project responsibilities of cross-functional onshore and offshore team members to ensure efficient completion of project tasks, utilizing both kick-off and check-in meetings; • Managing, developing, and mentoring staff, assessing engagement performance, and performing year-end reviews; • Monitoring and reporting statuses, risks, and dependencies across projects, utilizing Jira, Pivotal Tracker, and nTask; • Mapping current and creating to-be business service flows that help design components for online applications, utilizing Lucid Chart, Draw.io., and Microsoft (MS) Visio; and • Designing scalable, secure, and efficient technical Cloud ecosystems to support enterprise applications, and integrating with On-Premises and Cloud applications.

Other Hours: M-F, 40 hours/week.
