Job Duties:

• Supervise all accounting operations including AR, AP, daily bookkeeping, and weekly employee payroll utilizing Cargowise (ERP system), QuickBooks, and ADP Workforce Now

• Manage team of accountants; Participate in hiring and training process; Assign and follow up on tasks and adjust workload

• Manage company cash flow and assist with financial planning, including perform billing and payment projections and loan tracking

• Perform analysis of assets, COGS, and revenue to help determine optimal markup for targeted profitability

• Direct month-end and year-end closing procedures and facilitate bank reconciliations

• Prepare financial statements and conduct audits of general ledger accounts, adhering to U.S. Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) standards

   

Minimum Requirement:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting

• 2 year work experience in accounting

• Proficiency in Excel
