Job Description

We are seeking a DevOps Engineer with 4+ years of experience, particularly in AWS and Autoscaling. The role requires hands-on expertise with Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, including writing and formatting code according to AWS standards. Youll work directly with the engineering team to facilitate infrastructure management, including provisioning resources via Git and Jenkins, while modernizing and terminating legacy systems. Familiarity with infrastructure modernization is important as you learn the environment. Additional tasks include upgrading operating systems (CentOS to Windows/Linux) and working within an AWS Linux 3 environment. You will collaborate with an architect to review and update documentation but should be self-driven and able to work independently without much oversight. The position is fully remote, ideally for someone in IST working EST hours, with regular Scrum meetings at 911 AM EST and 12 PM IST.

Skills and Requirements

4+ years of professional experience as a DevOps Engineer with AWS

 Strong experience with AWS services, including EC2, S3, ALB, ASG, and SSH

 Expertise in Terraform, including writing Infrastructure as Code from scratch following AWS standards

 Experience with AWS EC2 Auto Scaling

 Proficiency in working with both Linux and Windows environments Experience upgrading operating systems such as Windows and Linux null
