DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES: Compensation and benefits Base of $105,000 - $125,000 + bonus * Benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k options, Long and Short Term Disability, Life Insurance, and paid time off! * 24 days of PTO

Role Overview As Vice President at TRG, you will need to create high performing teams through your expert knowledge of the market and strong leadership behaviors. You will be responsible for multiple teams and budgets as well as working with other senior leaders across the group to ensure the company objectives are met. You will develop the next generation of leaders and positively impact the culture of the organization, while reporting to the SVP.

You will also be responsible for * Developing and setting ambitious goals * All aspects of recruitment and selection for your team, ensuring that the team is fully resourced * Implementing plans and strategies that support the achievement of your team * Providing clear direction and support to team members and providing feedback to improve effectiveness * Assessing overall team performance against objectives and goals * Collaborating with other departments across TRG, ensuring that initiatives are implemented and are aligned to overall business goals and objectives, specifically with reference to client management, marketing, training and talent acquisition * Representing the company at events * Maximizing the commercial value of our internal CRM, through implementing excellent data integrity standards across your teams * Ensuring adherence to regulatory and compliance rules and laws

Essential criteria * Must be able to demonstrate previous sales leadership experience gained from a staffing agency (preferably in the IT sector, but not essential) * Inspirational and collaborative leadership style * Track record of building high-performance teams in an environment built on mutual trust * Experience with enterprise and mid-market sales and client development * Strong understanding of the various business models utilized in the staffing industry * Expert knowledge of operational staffing metrics and expected outcome measurements * An innovative thinker with the courage to try new things
