Job Description You will build relationships with the world's producers and work in partnership with customers, systems integrators, and industry partners to solve challenges in the industry. You will develop and implement sales plans to meet annual sales goals and grow market share. You will build relationships with assigned accounts and growing customer spend with Rockwell Automation.

This role is designed for early career professionals who are recent college graduates. You will start in a formal training program. This will be complemented with learning-by-doing activities, such as account research and developing an account sales strategy. During the formal training program you will report to the program manager, then you will transition to reporting to a sales manager who will coach you through your customer interactions. Your training and development will happen in your assigned location with some travel to Milwaukee, Cleveland, and other locations. Your Responsibilities: Connect about Rockwell products and services with customers Build a network of people and customers Converse with customers in a comfortable and patient manner Talk about complex information in simplistic fashion Commitment to results and accountability The Essentials - You Will Have: Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university Legal authorization to work in the US is required. For this role, the Base Salary Compensation is from $60,000- $63,000 with an annual target bonus of 30% of base salary. Total Our benefits for the US can be found here. Actual pay will be based on factors such as skills, knowledge, education, and experience.
