Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP Engagement Documentation Coordinator in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania

Reference #: R3123 Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP, one of the world's leading global law firms with offices in strategic hubs of commerce, law, and government across North America, Asia, Europe, and the Middle East, is seeking to hire an Engagement Documentation Coordinator reporting to the Director of Training and Staff Operations, Client and Matter Administration. This position will reside in the Philadelphia office and will be responsible for providing comprehensive technical and administrative support in various capacities relative to the collection of executed engagement documents, quality control and due diligence.

A hybrid in-office/remote working schedule is available for this position.

General Responsibilities

Collect executed engagement documents and link them in the database.

Process New Business Intake (NBI) requests to collect required executed engagement documents.

Monitor the group email box and handle requests accordingly.

Activities associated with the Department operations relative to quality control.

Occasional audit of the firm's largest clients to identify governing engagement agreements.

Perform other duties as assigned by the management team.

Experience/Qualifications: This job requires:

Bachelor's degree and a minimum of two years of law firm experience, or the equivalent combination of education and experience.

Flexibility to work overtime as required.

Strict attention to detail, excellent organization skills, ability to balance numerous tasks and meet tight deadlines.

Ability to provide exceptional customer service to internal and external clients.

Proactive and flexible approach and willingness to adjust to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Discretion in dealing with confidential information.

Strong PC skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, iManage and SharePoint/TeamSite.
