Design and develop automation software using C, Bash, Python, SQL, JavaScript, HTML, AVR, PIC Microcontrollers, ARM Cortex M3, MPC 2129, FTDI USB chip triaging, low-level drivers, Visual Studio, GIT, Linux, Wireshark, GDB, Strace, Splunk, and Elastic; develop Django projects using Python automations including Netmiko, Pandas, Numpy, and Pyspark, AWS, Paramiko, and Shell scripting; perform incident triaging and debugging; implement Docker services; utilize AWS for data storage; validate architectural data; use communication protocols including UART, I2C, I2S, CAN, SPI, and PCI (Peripheral Component Interface) EXPRESS; perform hot and cold check tests on hardware boards; work with Octoscope, Oscilloscope, IXIA, and Veriwave Field frequency testing, over the air testing, and chamber testing for 802.11n, 802.11ac, 802.3, and Bluetooth protocols; work with WiFi 6, WiFi 6E, and WiFi 7 technologies; perform BIOS development; design graphical chips for hardware embedded motherboards; validate and test hardware and software in embedded systems; troubleshoot technical differences, both in hardware and software, including firmware levels, Boot code, and Assembly code; provide operational support, including incident management, change management, and problem management, to 500+ OSS/BSS (operations support system and business support system) production systems; ensure the reliability and uptime of business-critical systems used by customers, including billing, activation, middleware, customer care, and field technician applications, as well as other enterprise management systems; support various applications hosted on WebLogic and different cloud environments, including Pivotal Cloud Foundry, OpenStack, and AWS; collaborate with development teams to understand application changes and identify potential issues that may arise; utilize AppDynamics, Splunk, Grafana, and Kibana to create alerts and dashboards for detecting any application issues; triage production and customer issues using ServiceNow, Postman, SOAP UI, SQL, PL/SQL, and Introscope Enterprise Manager; conduct testing and profiling to measure application performance; and plan wargames to uncover any underlying issues with the application/network architecture, and ensure the speedy resolution of any outages. Position is eligible for 100% remote work.
