The Work:

  • Collaborate with clients to understand and analyze their Commodity Trading and Risk Management (CTRM/ETRM) processes, focusing on the Endur platform and its functionality within energy, commodity trading, and risk management operations.

  • Lead the functional design and implementation of Endur-based solutions, ensuring alignment with client business needs and regulatory requirements in commodity markets.

  • Conduct requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders to define business objectives and create comprehensive functional specifications for Endur configurations and enhancements.

  • Oversee system configuration and customization of Endur to meet client requirements, focusing on transaction capture, risk management, logistics, accounting, and reporting.

  • Perform user acceptance testing (UAT), ensuring that all configurations and customizations function as expected and align with client expectations.

  • Provide hands-on support during Endur implementation, ensuring smooth integration with other systems and optimal performance across the trading, risk, and finance teams.

  • Work alongside technical teams to ensure data integration from upstream and downstream systems, ensuring consistency and accuracy in trading data.

  • Deliver trainings and knowledge transfer to clients’ internal teams on Endur functionalities, ensuring long-term system utilization and self-sufficiency.

  • Contribute to the development of best practices, project methodologies, and delivery strategies for Endur implementations and upgrades across commodity markets.

  • Stay current on industry trends, regulatory changes, and Endur product updates to provide cutting-edge insights to clients and ensure their systems remain competitive.

Here's What You Need:

  • 3+ years of experience with ETRM/CTRM OpenLink Endur, and a strong understanding of commodity trading, risk management, and financial operations.

  • Solid experience in functional design, configuration, and customization of Endur, including transaction capture, risk management, accounting, and reporting.

  • Proven experience working with commodity markets such as energy, natural gas, power, and renewable energy, with a focus on trading and risk processes.

  • Experience conducting requirements gathering and collaborating with clients to define business needs, transforming them into actionable functional specifications for system configurations.

  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues related to system performance and business processes.

  • At least 1 year of Consulting, or Consulting equivalent experience.

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.

  • Excellent client-facing communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical details to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Ability to travel up to 50% to client locations for project implementation and support.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with other ETRM/CTRM systems such as Allegro, RightAngle, or TriplePoint..

  • Knowledge of commodity trading regulations such as FERC, NERC, and CFTC compliance.

  • Hands-on experience in data integration and systems connectivity within ETRM/CTRM platforms, integrating with other back-office systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).

  • Familiarity with renewable energy markets, including experience with Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs), Renewable Energy Credits (RECs), and carbon trading.

  • Experience with reporting tools, data analytics, and business intelligence platforms to enhance the usability of Endur data.

  • Relevant industry certifications such as Energy Risk Professional (ERP), CFA, or FRM.

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New York or Washington as set forth below.
