General Accountant in Philadelphia, PA. Must have Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Management and 24 months of any experience in Accounting.

Duties:

• Obtain the purchase orders from the customers in accordance with job schedule, performance and completion reporting

• Develop, maintain, or analyze budgets, preparing periodic reports comparing budgeted and actual costs.

• Analyze transaction information to identify refunds, delinquent accounts and insufficient payments.

• Resolve issues with delinquent accounts through contacting and working with the customer.

• Prepare, examine, or analyze accounting records, financial statements, or other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural standards.

• Manage and maintain all aspects of payroll from scheduling to verification.
