DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES: JOB DESCRIPTION Global RE Lease Administration Manager & Contract Specialist

Major Duties & Responsibilities: Responsible for the Lease Administration activities and relationship. Ensure all documents are submitted and monitor open query reports and other issues on a consistent basis to ensure vendor is meeting its service level agreement (SLA) * Provide lease related reporting on a timely basis * Responsible for all contracting across the North America Portfolio and Workplace towers, including administration, data management, governance and the coordination of quarterly business reviews * Responsible for the management of contract identified key performance indicators (KPIs) of large third-party providers for GCRE * Manage and track the audit activities related to real estate tax appeal process * Work with third-party Lease Auditing group to manage and track audit activities related to the lease operating expenses * Oversee close-out activities and reporting on both the transaction and project management side * Manage the Estoppel/SNDA process * Accountable for the collection of necessary documents related to Tenant Improvement Allowance reimbursement requests, including the calculation of the amount due. * Act as System Administrator for the Sequentra Lease Administration System and DocuSign * Interface between GCRE and Legal; responsible for the implementation of LASER Requests * Work with and provide backup to the Construction Coordinator, responsible for the compilation of construction related contracts * Platform administrator for Condeco - responsible for SOWs, tracking user licenses and ensuring that all invoicing is inline with MSA terms * Other activities as directed by Workplace or Portfolio and Global Head of Real Estate

QUALIFICATIONS Undergraduate degree in relevant field and 5-8 years of experience  Awareness in Project Management and Transaction Management for Real Estate activities   Strong knowledge of Lease Administration processes  Interpersonal skills to develop, drive and maintain relationships within and outside of Chubb.   Strong organization skills   Must be detail-oriented  Proficient in Microsoft Suite including PowerPoint, Word and Excel  Strong written and oral communication and presentation skills   Must be results-driven and ability to meet commitments under pressure  Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and contractors/vendors   Must be an independent worker, taking ownership of work and showing initiative
