Trinity Health Inpatient Pharmacist- Full Time, Evenings- Nazareth Hospital in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania

Description:

Nazareth Hospital, a member of Trinity Health Mid-Atlantic, is seeking a Pharmacist to join our Inpatient Pharmacy team!

Shift:

40hrs/wk, evening shift 2:30pm-11pm

This position has a minimum scheduling requirement of one weekend (Saturday + Sunday) every 4 weeks and 2-3 holidays/year.

:

This pharmacist will be responsible for all medication verification/distribution and clinical activities. The candidate should also have knowledge of automated medication distribution systems, USP <797>, and the ability to prepare intravenous medication utilizing aseptic technique. The successful candidate should possess good communication skills, including the ability to interact successfully with other colleagues to ensure efficient and safe distribution of medications. Ability to promote teamwork is essential.

Requirements

  • PharmD Diploma

  • PA Pharmacist License

  • Authorization to Administer Injectables

  • Hospital experience preferred
