DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES: About the Role  Essity North America is looking for an experienced Learning and Leadership Specialist to support the Learning and Leadership Manager in the delivery of all the global fundamentals in learning and leadership, the good execution of related processes within the dedicated area (country or cluster) and collect local learning needs.

The ideal candidate should live in the Philadelphia, PA metro area, as this is a hybrid role.

What You Will Do   * Local Needs Coordination: Collaborate with the L&L manager to identify and address local training needs. Ensure alignment with employees' development agendas and related action plans.  * Model Delivery: Support the consistent delivery of learning models within the area. Assist in maintaining quality and adherence to global standards.  * Local Cross-Functional Projects: Take ownership of specific cross-functional projects based on global priorities. Collaborate with relevant teams to drive successful project outcomes.  * Facilitation Assistance: Provide facilitation support for L&L initiatives in other clusters or countries as needed.  * Compliance Training Oversight: Monitor compliance training completion within the area. Address any gaps or issues promptly.  * Vendor Relations and Training Administration: Assist with vendor relations management. Support training administration tasks when required.  * Internal Communication: Contribute to L&L internal communication efforts as necessary.  * HR Support: Provide HR support to line managers and other HR roles within your area of responsibility.

Who You Are   * Bachelor's degree. Master's degree in HR, Organizational Psychology, or a related discipline is preferred.  * 2 years of relevant experience.  * Functional Competencies: Project Management, Learning Needs Analysis, Learning Technologies, Training Compliance, Learning Governance Model, Performance Management and Individual Development Plans (IDP), Facilitation Skills, Social Learning Framework, Action Learning  * Ability to demonstrate a strong work ethic   * Ability to travel up to 75%.

Compensation and Benefits:   Competitive annual salary + annual incentive bonus/sales incentive + benefits
