Responsibilities:

  • Implements plan of care initiated by the registered nurse.

``` - Administers medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician. - Participates in on-call duties as defined by the on-call policy.

``` - Taking direction from clinical team and overseen by a registered nurse

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of an accredited practical nurse or vocational nursing program.
  • Licensed LPN in the state of PA
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Has three (3) years nursing experience. Community/home health or medical/surgical experience is preferred.
  • CPR certification
