We are in search of a dedicated Product Manager I (Contractor) to join our team in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying product requirements and overseeing them from their initial concept to delivery. This position involves coordinating with various organizations and cross-functional teams and requires a deep understanding of customer behavior and needs.

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to oversee a significant project. The role involves migrating our Field Service Management (FSM) to another company. This is a crucial role that will span across one year and will impact 18 of our programs, some of which will need substantial support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure smooth migration from FSM to IFS, and from there to 18 different sources.

• Gather, comprehend, and cater to the varied needs of the 18 groups impacted.

• Coordinate with the existing program manager to ensure efficient and effective migration.

  Requirements

Skills & Experience:

• Extensive proven experience in project/program management.

• Excellent organizational habits.

• Knowledge of Wiki, JIRA, and Smartsheet is mandatory.

40 hours a week (Monday – Friday, 8-5 EST).

Note that this is a remote position with no requirement to report to an office and no travel involved.

Desirable:

• A minimum of 2-5 years’ experience in a similar role is desirable, although more is always welcome.

• Prior experience with CSG (currently in use) or IFS (we're migrating to) would be beneficial. However, no specific degree is required.
