Family Practice & Counseling Network Program Operations Manager in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania

Reference #: 2731848 Description Position Summary As a member of the administrative team, the Operations Manager will partner with the Unit Director to ensure that operations and management of the program meet all regulatory and credentialing criteria. Supervises all administrative and clerical staff. Develops, implements and oversees administrative functions. Coordinates billing activities to ensure maximum reimbursements and compliance with all health care governing agency policies and procedures.

Essential Duties and Functions Ensure that the daily tasks and assignments in areas of data entry, billing, and filing are complete. Complete interagency and intra-agency correspondences, agency logs, reports, forms and filing. Compile timesheets, benefits information of the staff, and accounts payable paperwork for submission to corporate office Oversee and complete written correspondences, electronic communications, distribution of mail, copies, ordering supplies, and data entry of program documents. Participate in the ongoing training of support team. Assist other supervisors with the ongoing team building of the Unit. Assist with interviewing applicants for vacancies in the Unit. Coordinate special projects. Other duties as assigned. Requirements Qualifications Bachelor's degree and prior supervisory experience. Prior experience in supervision, record keeping, payroll and billing, program budgeting, as well as knowledge of insurance organizations and credentialing requirements. Must have current, valid clearances including Criminal and FBI Background checks, Child Abuse clearances, and valid Driver's License. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Understanding of and proficiency in utilizing all office equipment. Ability to work in a fast-paced office environment. Ability to learn and assist in vendor negotiations. Initiative to improve working environment. Ability to seek out new and challenging tasks for employees. Willingness to work late hours occasionally.

If not fully vaccinated, they must receive at least one shot in a two -dose series or a single dose in a one-dose series before beginning in-person shifts. Final doses must be received within 8 weeks of hire. RHD's vaccine requirements for the Corporate Office located at 4700 Wissahickon Avenue; Suite 126, Building A. Philadelphia, PA: The Corporate Office is not a service location.  Therefore, RHD has determined that vaccinations are not required to work out of or to visit the office. As a reminder and as stated in prior communication, vaccinations are required for those who visit or work in Philadelphia programs and/or service locations.
