Job Description
The Quote to Cash Program Leader will be responsible for the transformational improvement in wing-to-wing fulfilment for the Order-to-Cash Value Stream globally, specializing in the Quote to Order and the Invoice to Cash portions of the process with a strong emphasis on business operations. Reporting to the Continuous Improvement Director, the individual will develop and execute the strategy to reduce cycle time across the business processes, with significant attention to the customer experience and operational costs.

Location: Preferred location North America or Europe
Roles & Responsibilities:
The candidate will work across Supply Chain, IT, Finance, Commercial, Legal, and Product Line Leadership to develop and execute the Continuous Improvement strategic roadmap, including:
Lead and inspire a high-performing team fostering a positive, diverse, and inclusive environment. Encouraging growth, innovation, and professional development
Execute and evolve the program roadmap from a process and organizational standpoint, ensuring alignment to business strategy
Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships across regions/functions
Act as a change agent, systematically driving continuous improvement and change management, setting the pace of change while maintaining team morale and ensuring successful adoption of new processes
Leverage dedicated and supporting functional support to achieve business objectives tied to roadmap, instituting metrics to show process control
Improve cycle-time for fulfilment, with particular attention to data needed for streamlined order entry and efficient cash recognition
Develop KPIs, metrics, and reporting to drive execution, process uniformity, and improvement
Engage teams and partner with other stream leaders to identify cross-functional opportunities
Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships across regions/functions
Experience leading Lean Six Sigma and process improvement initiatives is highly desired
Strong understanding of cash application, disputes processing, and AR is needed
Qualifications
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
4+ years' experience in the water treatment, products industry
10+ years' experience in Supply Chain, Sales, Customer Service, Finance, or related
Experience in Continuous Improvement, Operational Excellence
Minimum 2 years of SAP experience
Fluent in English
Preferred Skills:
Extensive business operations experience (Customer Care, Commercial, and AR departments)
Proven experience driving process improvements using Lean Six Sigma methodologies
Knowledge of digital technologies from a functional standpoint
Proven ability to lead and influence global teams in a matrix organization
Experience leading complex transformation projects
Mature executive presence and ability to influence at different levels of the organization
Ability to translate strategy into operational objectives
Excellent facilitation, communication, and presentation skills
Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving abilities
Cultural awareness and ability to adapt style to different norms
Proven ability to lead diverse, cross-functional teams
Strong business acumen and financial management skills
Knowledge of cash collection, cash application, disputes processing
Experience with ITO and master data management processes
Salary: $150,000
