Environmental Project Manager - Regulatory Services

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Environmental Project Manager to join our Regulatory Services department in South Philadelphia. The role involves overseeing field activities and coordinating with subcontractors on-site, primarily focusing on remediation projects under Act 2 compliance.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and schedule field activities related to environmental projects.

  • Coordinate with subcontractors on-site to ensure project compliance and efficiency.

  • Ensure projects comply with NJDEP SRRA, PADEP Act 2, and Act 32 regulations.

  • Conduct site assessments and environmental remediation activities.

  • Write and review reports and proposals to ensure accuracy and adherence to regulations.

  • Maintain a strong understanding of environmental regulations and compliance requirements.

Essential Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field.

  • Experience with PA Act 2 compliance.

  • Proven experience in scheduling and overseeing field activities.

  • Understanding of NJDEP SRRA, PADEP Act 2, and Act 32 regulations.

  • 40-Hour OSHA certification.

  • Strong knowledge of environmental regulations and compliance requirements.

  • Experience with report and proposal writing/reviewing.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field preferred.

  • Experience in environmental testing.

Work Environment

This is a hybrid opportunity with two days in the office or in the field, and the rest of the week working from home or on-site. The company has been well-established since 1984 and has a consistent backlog of projects, ensuring job security and steady workflow.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $48.00
