How will you make a difference to PMI? PMI is looking for a Sales Operations Supervisor who will focus on leading and empowering a team of Sales Operations staff to deliver world class support including both satisfaction and efficiency. The role is critical in optimizing our sales operations processes, ensuring data accuracy, and driving overall sales operations effectiveness. The role will engage in coaching and mentorship to the team of Sales Ops associates, while also overseeing key sales operations functions that support the success of our sales reps and achievement of revenue goals. What you'll bring to the role: Ensure cumulative team results support the attainment of departmental goals as measured by the monthly Balanced Scorecard Results and Beacon Metrics i.e. - world class CSAT results, cost of service, etc. Champion process improvement initiatives, leveraging technology and data analysis to streamline workflows and maximize team output. Design, implement and manage sales operations performance metrics, to align with scorecard expectations. Develop and implement a comprehensive onboarding program for new Sales Operations Coordinators. Conduct regular performance reviews, providing constructive feedback and coaching to help Sales Operations Team achieve their goals and develop their skills. Identify and address performance issues promptly, implementing corrective action plans as needed. Create opportunities for professional development, such as training programs and knowledge-sharing sessions, to equip Sales Operations Coordinators with the latest tools and best practices. Partner cross-functionally to maximize the efficiency of sales operations team using technology, including CRM, Clarabridge, sales automation tools, etc. Coach and mentor team members to ensure critical and strategic thinking in service delivery, and that team members adhere to PMI Culture Values in the way they work. Foster a collaborative and supportive environment within the sales operations team. Analyze sales data and reports with your team and partners to identify trends, track performance metrics, and gain insights to inform strategic decision-making. Ensure efficient handoff of closed deals to execution teams for smooth implementation and customer onboarding. Ensure open communication and manage client expectations throughout the sales process. Collaborate with sales team to address client concerns and resolve challenges effectively. Work with the Sales Operations Manager on special projects to improve the effectiveness of the sales organization. Manage and lead cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and drive strategic initiatives. Role Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. 5-7 years of experience in sales operations, sales management, or a related field Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in managing and leading team at the supervisory/manager level. Experience with data analytics tools like Excel, Tableau, Power BI, or similar. Experience with CRM platforms like Salesforce, HubSpot, or Microsoft Dynamics, and sales enablement tools.
