Preferred Knowledge/Skills:

Demonstrates in-depth abilities success with managing the identification and addressing of client needs, including:

  • Technical leadership role as a Solution Architect or Technical Architect (or similar);

  • Expertise in one or more of the following is desirable: DevOps, Serverless, Networking, Security, Storage, Databases, IOT, AI/ML, Cloud Migration and IT Transformation;

  • Drive the interpretation and translation of client goals into technical specifications, delivering a POV on specific technologies, and driving technology change; and,

  • Evaluate AIOps and Observability-related technology, products, and solutions to provide recommendations on current ecosystem of client tools.

  • Demonstrates proven thorough knowledge and success as team leader and member roles within a professional services firm or large enterprise

  • Support engagements as a trusted technical advisor to clients and project members to solve complex technical challenges;

  • Design and architect IT Operations Management, Discovery, Monitoring, and AIOps solutions using current industry platforms (ServiceNow ITOM, BMC Helix Operations Management, etc).

  • Leverage artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) technologies and frameworks to drive greater observability and service operations automation;

  • Experience working with BMC Observability and AIOps technologies for monitoring Cloud-based environments (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform) and their key technologies;

  • Architect solutions with industry leading discovery technologies (SCCM, ServiceNow, Splunk, Dynatrace, etc.) and how they integrate with Service & AIOps tooling;

  • Design technical architectures related to AIOps and Observability capabilities, including integration design with downstream IT monitoring tools within the client ecosystem;

  • Experience migrating or transforming legacy observability solutions to ServiceNow ITOM or BMC Helix Operations Management product tooling;

  • Thorough understanding of Integration platforms and protocols (REST, SOAP, HTTP, UDP etc.);

  • Experience in creating technical design documents and implementation playbooks for target-state AIOps and Observability solutions within different complex client environments; and,

  • Translate client business requirements into technical solution designs based on client requirements.

The salary range for this position is: $130,000 - $256,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
