Hill International, Inc. Sr. Capture Manager - Rail and Transit Sector in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania

Reference #: 10340 Hill International is seeking a Sr. Capture Manager throughout the United States for our Rail and Transit Sector

Communicates pursuit priorities clearly across market sectors to executive, regional and business leadership, assuring that resources are available and win strategies are supported. Guides technical writers to develop dynamic/compelling content that is compliant and persuasive. Assures partnership between technical/marketing staff for proposal best practices. Partners with the Client Account Manager and other business representatives to manage the development and management of the Client Capture Plan. Drives growth by positioning and capturing key opportunities, including both new business and renewal/extension of existing opportunities within the account. Champions ethical and safe working practices while focusing on Inclusion, Diversity and Equity (IDE) endeavors, striving to align Hill initiatives with those of the client. Understands client innovation agenda and acts as a conduit to position Hill's innovative solutions within the specific opportunity, while encouraging adoption of key Hill initiatives, including ESG and digitalization. Demonstrates ability to set schedules with milestones for short, medium and long term goals, including reviews, deliverables and delivery of the bid/proposal, while managing the budget. Coaches and supports team members in building strong relationships within the capture team and trains others in Hill to enhance their capture management skills.

Bachelors Degree and 15 years of relevant experience in the rail and transit market. Professional Engineer License preferred. Excellent verbal, written and presentation communication skills. Self-motivated, success oriented and organized. Experience in business development, and strong existing relationships with agencies throughout the US. Understands contract elements (financial/pricing, legal/risk and governance). Displays aspirational behavior, develops people and encourages diverse, accountable and inclusive teams. Leverages Hill's global footprint to enable individual growth/collective success through trust, autonomy, accountability and alignment. Exhibits excellent working knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint, as well as a strong user skill level with project management information system (PMIS) software programs. Possesses exceptional communication/interpersonal skills, establishing/maintaining strong multidisciplinary working relationships with pursuit team, subconsultants and clients. Possesses excellent technical/procedural writing skills and professional verbal/presentation skills. Has strong market, marketing and technical knowledge relevant to rail and transit within the US Willing to travel throughout the United States.
