The Sr. Coordinator, Learning Support's primary responsibilities include the development, implementation, and administration of strategies and policies geared at improving, accommodating, facilitating, and enhancing the learning/academic, personal/interpersonal, career, and social concerns of Lewis Katz School of Medicine (LKSOM) students.  The Sr. Coordinator, Learning Support will serve as the lead facilitator of learning support initiatives with the goal of promoting excellence in academic performance and social discipline. The Sr. Coordinator, Learning Support will work with leaners at the North Philadelphia and St. Luke's campuses and with Temple University Hospital (TUH) residents through the creation of programming and individualized interactions with all those who seek assistance. The Sr. Coordinator, Learning Support reports to the LKSOM Assistant Dean for Academic Coaching. Performs other duties as assigned.

Required Education & Experience: Master's Degree Preferred.  Bachelor's degree and at least four years of directly related professional experience working with learners in higher education/health sciences education required. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered. Required Skills & Abilities: *Strong work ethic; team player. *Advanced user of virtual platforms such as Zoom and Teams. *Effective writing and speaking skills. *Creative thinker. *Customer service focused, results driven. *Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills. *Ability to work efficiently and effectively, while maintaining attention to detail. *Exceptional project management skills. *Ability to work in a complex fast-paced environment. *Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel. *Knowledge about learning difficulties/disorders, provision of accommodations in alignment with the Americans with Disabilities Act, FERPA and any institutional policies or other laws related to learner records. *Experience in implementing academic support programs for graduate/professional learners preferred. This position is temporarily assigned a hybrid work arrangement (on-campus and remote), the duration of this hybrid work arrangement is at the discretion of Temple University and the Department.
