Spectrum Health Services Talent Acquisition Specialist in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania

Job Descriptions:

Job Summary:

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will manage our full cycle recruitment, from identifying potential hires to screening resumes, to interviewing and evaluating candidates.

Essential Functions:

  • Collaborate with department managers on their hiring needs

  • Identify and implement effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the role and the organization’s needs

  • Post all open positions utilizing our ATS

  • Sources potential candidates from various online platforms

  • Screens applications and resumes to select qualified applicants

  • Conducts screens and interviews with hiring managers for all qualified applicants via phone, virtual and in-person

  • Collaborates with the CHRO during the offer process to negotiate the salary

  • Participates in job fairs and hosts in-house recruitment events, as required

  • Monitors key HR metrics, including time-to-fill, time-to-hire

  • Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies

Required Experience:

Qualifications:

  • Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Excellent interpersonal skills

  • Ability to create and implement sourcing strategies for the recruitment of a variety of roles

  • Excellent time management skills

  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems; UKG preferred

  • Proficient with MS Office Suite

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, or related field, or equivalent work experience, required

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience managing all phases of the recruitment and hiring process

  • Prior experience in healthcare recruiting Providers, Nurses, etc. strongly preferred
