Training Specialist    needed for a contract opportunity with Yoh Scientific's client located in  Philadelphia, PA.

This position requires a  Bachelor's of Science degree    and 2+ years of experience in the biotechnology/pharmaceutical industry. Schedule is  full-time M-F (7am-8am start time, 8 hour shift)    and may require flexibility to work some evenings and overtime due to projects.

Primary Duties: Training Specialist position is responsible for training and qualifications for employees. This position will also be responsible for the management and/or tracking of training documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

Supports global programs for training and qualifications for employees. Managing training and training related processes within the Learning Management System (LMS) - Master Control Provide internal customer support in training related concerns as needed. Prior experience in Quality Assurance / cGMP / FDA regulated industry. Actively observe and provide feedback to both trainers and trainees to continuously improve the effectiveness of the training process. Facilitate communications and discussion with cGMP Training Department Head regarding the status & opportunities for improvement to assure training objectives are achieved. Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Life Science or another related field. Candidate must have excellent interdepartmental, technical writing and verbal/written communication skills and organization skills. Candidate must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point. Experience with Master Control or other Document Control Systems preferred. Must be proficient in the use of computers including a wide variety of word processing and spreadsheet software packages. Must have proven interpersonal skills and be able to supervise activities. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize task completion.
