Job Description

We're searching for a Vice President, Group Account Director who will manage our client relationship, partner with senior leadership on high-level strategy and use their deep web knowledge to ensure strategic deliverables.

This is a hybrid role, requiring three days in-office each week. If you are contacted for an interview, your recruiter will discuss specifics with you, inclusive of any necessary reasonable accommodations.

Responsibilities include:

  • Manage daily client relationship including expressing our view on digital business philosophies

  • Sell new project ideas that align with customer and brand goals

  • Support new programs

  • Take ownership of the financials for clients including forecasts, budgets and investments

  • Align business with the appropriate staff

  • Have broad understanding of client's Industry and customer needs

  • Deliver strategic client presentations and recommendations

  • Mentor team members by training and identifying areas for growth Provides direct and feedback on an ongoing basis, encouraging others to learn from mistakes

  • Work with clients and capability partners to build active brands

  • Inspire client with storytelling skills

  • Provide deliverables within agreed upon deadlines

  • Partner with clients and operations team to ensure mutual understanding of and agreement to important financial responsibilities

Qualifications

  • Four year degree

  • 10-12 years experience

  • 6 years of leadership experience in integrated marketing programs and client relationship management with a digital scope

  • Creative agency and pharma experience

  • You are open to travel

Additional Information

Compensation Range: $143,000 - $240,500 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
