Those in Workday human capital at PwC will focus on providing consulting services for Workday human capital management (HCM) applications. You will analyse client requirements, implement HCM software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilisation of Workday HCM applications. Working in this area, you will enable clients to optimise their human resources processes, enhance talent management, and achieve their strategic objectives.

Preferred Knowledge/Skills
Demonstrates extensive-level, abilities success with managing the identification and addressing of client needs:
Leads the HCM Core workstream while having experience with at least three full Workday implementations;
Gathers business requirements through facilitating discovery and design workshops;
Leads functional discovery and design sessions, including the translation of business requirements into configuration elements;
Preparing concise, polished deliverables, working across teams as needed;
Providing recommendations based on leading practices and relevant industry experience;
Managing touchpoints with related Workday functional modules, including Core HCM, Core Compensation, Advanced Compensation, and Recruiting;
Identifies and addresses client needs while building, maintaining, and utilizing networks of client relationships and community involvement; communicating value propositions; managing resource requirements, project workflow, budgets, billing and collections; and preparing and/or coordinating complex written and verbal materials;
Participates and leads client discussions and meetings;
Managing engagements or dedicated workstreams, including preparing concise, accurate documents and maintaining project economics while maintaining flexibility for unanticipated issues;
Supervising teams to create an atmosphere of trust and seeking diverse views to encourage improvement and innovation;
Answering questions and providing direction to less-experienced staff; and,
Coaching staff including providing timely meaningful written and verbal feedback.

The salary range for this position is: $100,000 - $232,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
