Weinberger Disposal, a Waste Connections company, is looking for an Accounts Payable Clerk to join our GROWING team in Phoenix, Arizona!

Schedule: 8:30 am - 5:00 pm

Pay : $20.00 - $21.00 per hour

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Data Entry

• Match invoices to purchase orders and/or receiving documents

• Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up-to-date.

• Assist with month-end closing processes and audits as required.

• Maintain accurate and organized records of all accounts payable transactions.

MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS:

•Must be detailed oriented and well organized.

•Ability to read, write, comprehend and communicate in English.

•2+ years of Accounts Payable/Receivable experience

•High School Diploma or GED required.
