Description We are looking for a meticulous Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team based in Phoenix, Arizona. The role involves processing customer applications, maintaining accurate customer records, and resolving customer inquiries. You will also be tasked with monitoring customer accounts and taking appropriate action.

Responsibilities:

• Handle full cycle Accounts Payable tasks with proficiency in Sage Software and HH2

• Greet visitors and clients, ensuring a positive and professional interaction

• Answer and route telephone calls in a professional manner

• Process incoming and outgoing mail, including overnight packages

• Organize and keep track of office supplies, informing relevant parties when supplies are low

• Maintain the copier by ensuring it is always filled with paper

• Assist in onboarding new employees, from application to building the employee files

• Perform filing duties for accounts payable, packers, receipts, and accounts receivable

• Support commercial, residential, and service departments with various tasks including filing and purchase orders

• Undertake other duties as assigned.

• SAP Requirements • Possession of 2 or more years of experience in an Accounts Payable role or similar

• Proficiency in account reconciliation and accounts payable (AP)

• Familiarity with check runs and coding invoices

• Experience in invoice processing

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

• Experience with Oracle

• Familiarity with QuickBooks

• Experience with SAP

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

• Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize work

• Good communication skills for interacting with vendors and internal teams

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field would be advantageous.
