Job Title: Aerospace Assembler (Weekend Shift)

Job Description

Join our team at a state-of-the-art aerospace manufacturing facility located near Sky Harbor Airport. As an Aerospace Assembler, you will be responsible for the assembly of engine cowlings (casings) and sheet metal components, supporting top industry clients. Your tasks include reading blueprints and SOPs to assemble built components and parts, using power tools, drills, and torque for assembly, and conducting Electric Bond checks.

Hard Skills

• 2+ years manufacturing experience in an aerospace environment

• 2-3 years of assembly experience

• Experience with large parts

• Familiarity with Honeywell specifications

Job Type

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 4 Month(s).

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Phoenix, Arizona.

Work Environment

The facility operates under Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Six Sigma, and Continuous Improvement principles. The work environment is team-oriented and tightly knit. Training will occur on day shifts for the first few weeks. Available shifts include 1st and 2nd shifts during weekdays, with the specific weekend shift running from 2:15 pm to 11:45 pm from Thursday to Sunday.
