Job Summary


Reporting to the Accounts Receivable Director, this position is responsible for analysis of large data sets across disparate systems, financial modeling and process development The role will include analyzing data sets in order to identify trends, risks and opportunities that will drive meaningful process improvements and enhance decision making at TriWest. Much of the information will be Finance and Accounting related and this role will tell the proper financial story based on the completed analytics. In addition, this role will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that analysis is relevant and complete, that tasks are completed timely, and that reporting is provided to the correct business owner.

Education and Experience


Required:

Bachelors Degree in Accounting or related field or equivalent experience Must be a U.S. Citizen Must be able to receive a favorable Interim and adjudicated final Department of Defense (DoD) background investigation Five (5) years of data analytics experience Advanced excel skills and ability to use large volumes of data Knowledge of Finance and Accounting principles and practices Preferred:

Five (5) years of experience in accounting related field Tableau, Power/BI or other large data volume tool set experience Knowledge of Accounts Receivable principles and practices Knowledge of data warehousing concepts Experience in a Healthcare environment

Key Responsibilities


Consolidate disparate datasets to identify trends that will enhance decision making and process improvement efforts at TriWest Responsible for A/R modeling and providing Roll Forward A/R report to Sr. VP and Finance for collateral examination audit Prepare and present analytical findings in a simple and concise manner that can be understood across all functions and levels of the organization Monitor and report on healthcare Accounts Receivable data, claims billings, cash receipts, and exceptions Develop, prepare and analyze healthcare cost reports Act as liaison to Data Management team to ensure we are aligned on data extractions and uploads, Develop, refine and educate management on A/R performance metrics including appropriate trending Uses developed data and metrics to identify issue requiring management intervention or which could lead to poor outcomes for the company Establish and maintain analytics processes including procedures and appropriate contacts with customers Communicates issues openly, honestly, and timely with peers, management and customers Perform other duties as assigned Regular and reliable attendance is required

Working Conditions


Working Conditions:

Availability to work non-regular hours as required Works within a standard office environment, with minimal travel required Extensive computer work with long periods of sitting

Annual base salary for Colorado, Hawaii, Washington D.C. and Washington State residents:$96,000-$123,000 depending on experience
