Assembly Mechanic - Level 5

As an Assembly Mechanic - Level 5 here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in the assembly and production of our products. You will be accountable for ensuring the quality and efficiency of the assembly process, meeting production targets, and maintaining a safe work environment. Your attention to detail and technical expertise will contribute to the success of our manufacturing operations.

You will report directly to our Production Supervisor and you'll work out of our Phoenix, Arizona location on a hybrid work schedule.

In this role, you will impact the quality and reliability of our products by ensuring accurate and efficient assembly. You will work with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements, contributing to the overall success of our manufacturing operations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform assembly tasks according to established procedures and work instructions

• Inspect and test finished products to ensure quality and accuracy

• Troubleshoot and resolve assembly issues in a timely manner

• Work with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements

• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

YOU MUST HAVE

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in assembly or manufacturing

• Strong mechanical aptitude and technical skills

• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions

WE VALUE

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent

• Technical certification or vocational training in assembly or manufacturing

• Experience with Lean Manufacturing ethics

• Knowledge of quality control processes

• Strong problem-solving skills
