Robert Half Bilingual-Customer Service Representative -Producer Services in Phoenix, Arizona

Description We are seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Representative -Producer Services to join our team in Phoenix, Arizona. This role involves supporting our contact center by servicing customers through inbound/outbound calls and emails in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, excel in communication, and possess strong problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional customer experience via incoming telephone calls in a high-volume contact center environment

• Assume ownership and timeliness in handling customers' requests in an efficient, accurate, and professional manner

• Build rapport quickly and respond to customers in a compassionate manner by identifying and exceeding expectations

• Navigate multiple systems and applications to research, analyze and resolve customer inquiries

• Uphold performance and quality standards

• Analyze information to make appropriate decisions and solve problems while maintaining a positive phone experience

• Learn the basic concepts of personal lines insurance principles and products offered to our customers

• Work collaboratively with team members and business partners to provide a positive customer experience

• Assist with special requests as needed

• Complete additional tasks and other projects/duties as assigned. Requirements • Proficiency in both English and Spanish languages

• Exceptional customer service and communication skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

• Experience with operations and research tasks

• Ability to manage inbound and outbound calls

• Knowledge in insurance principles and underwriting

• Familiarity with property and disability claims administration

• Ability to perform ad hoc financial tasks

• Strong phone presence and ability to communicate effectively over the phone

• Knowledge in revenue accounting

• Strong collaboration and decision-making skills

• Computer literacy and ability to work onsite

• Familiarity with salary structures and ability to work with business partners

• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
