Construction Millwrights

Area of work --- Phoenix AZ

Greenberry Industrial is hiring construction Millwrights. We would prefer local craftspeople experienced in Mill Maintenance or Construction. Full time positions available.

Duties:

Repair and lubricates machines and equipment.

Saw Mill and Paper Machine experience is a Plus

Understands Belts, Sheaves, belt scales, belt alignment and tensioning for conveyors

Move machinery and equipment, using hoists, rigging, dollies, rollers, and trucks.

Dismantle and re-assemble machines

Understand bolting requirements and torqueing

Replace defective parts of machine or adjust clearances and alignment of moving parts.

Replace air, hydraulic lines and tubing.

Align machines and equipment, using hoists, jacks, and other hand millwright tools (micrometers, etc.)

Roto-alignment is a plus

Up to date on State and Federal Industrial Safety practices and regulations

Attach moving parts and subassemblies to basic assembly unit, using hand tools and power tools.

Perform lubrication and maintenance activities

Understands safe work practices (LOTO, Confined Space, Work Permits, etc.)

Some positions require Certified in Stick welding structural AWS code and/or Pipe welding

Some positions require some concrete/carpenter/structural steel, and grouting.

Clean Room experience is perffered.

Team work is a must and being a Team Player

Wage: based on experience $32 to 38 an hour
