Dorsey & Whitney LLP is seeking a Corporate Associate with three to six years of experience to join the Phoenix office. This associate will have the opportunity to work on a wide variety of corporate transactions, with a focus on venture capital investments and emerging companies transactions, as well as mergers, acquisitions, and strategic partnerships.\ \ Qualified candidates will have:\ - A JD degree from an ABA-accredited law school;\ - Three to six years of corporate transactions experience;\ - Arizona bar admission;\ - Strong communication and writing skills; and\ - Top academic credentials.\ \ Preferred qualifications:\ - California bar admission;\ - Bilingual or multilingual.
