Job Title: Customer Support Associate

Job Description

The Customer Support Associate/Technical Support role is responsible for providing technical assistance with software and equipment, resolving customer/client issues via phone or electronically (email). You must have the ability to escalate complex problems to higher roles and perform customer resolution efficiently and effectively. The average amount of time on the phone will range from 1-2.5 hours, with the remainder spent emailing and writing reports from each customer situation.

Job Type

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 90 Day(s).

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Phoenix, Arizona off the I-17 & Bell

Work Environment

SHIFT: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, M-F, with occasional OT during the week. Family-built company with a small, family-oriented culture. Ability to listen to headphones while working once training is completed per specific build.
