Director, Strategic Sourcing: D irect responsibility for driving cost savings and optimizing inventory levels through oversight and management including planning, controlling, and coordinating all aspects of the supply chain for the EMS (Phoenix) business group. Responsible for managing the demand planning, purchasing of materials, and the overall supply chain management for the business. Oversee the implementation of supply chain strategies, develops & implements methods and processes for efficient supply chains, establishing priorities, supervising personnel and striving for continuous improvement. Direct all activities and ensure that all business commitments are met in regards to cost, quality, planning & scheduling, and support projects as needed.

Minimum Requirements: Master’s degree/MBA in Supply Chain Management or related discipline from an accredited university. Coursework must include Supply Management, Statistics, Decision Modeling, Data Analytics and Managerial Finance. Up to 15% domestic and International Travel required.
