Job Title: Estimator

Job Description

We are seeking an Estimator to join our team and support our growing business in Phoenix. This role offers an incredible opportunity for leadership advancement, extensive client interaction, and involvement in the bidding process. As an Estimator, you will identify customer needs, provide accurate and timely project estimates, and manage various aspects of the bidding process. You will also be responsible for performing load calculations, designing duct systems, attending job and pre-bid meetings, and staying current with material and labor costs. Your contributions will directly impact our efficiency and effectiveness in project planning and execution.

Hard Skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft programs (Excel, Word, Outlook)

• Proficiency in Adobe PDF reader

• Proficiency in using Duct take-off software

Job Type

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 9 Month(s).

Work Site

This is a hybrid position requiring some days on-site in Phoenix, Arizona and some days remote.

Work Environment

The position is primarily office-based in Phoenix, with projects also located in Prescott and Flagstaff, requiring no overnight travel. You will report directly to management. Work hours are Monday to Friday, 6:00 am - 2:30 pm, with after-hours and weekend availability as needed. All necessary personal protective equipment will be provided.
