Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Help Desk Technician in Phoenix, Arizona. The role involves providing technical support, troubleshooting a variety of systems and platforms, and managing hardware deployments within a diverse and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

• Provide first-level contact and problem resolution for all users with hardware, software, and application problems

• Resolve as many user-reported problems as expertise permits using available tools and following procedures and policies for the handling of support cases

• Provide accurate and timely logging of problems and resolution for problems in the problem management database

• Escalate unresolved calls to the infrastructure support team

• Log all calls in the Service Desk Call Logging system

• Interact with numerous computer platforms in a multi-layered client server environment

• Troubleshoot and provide technical support for Microsoft Active Directory

• Maintain and manage computer hardware and configuration management

• Implement and manage software deployments and updates

• Ensure customer service is timely and accurate on a daily basis Requirements • Proficiency in Microsoft software and applications

• Knowledge of Active Directory and its functionalities

• Familiarity with computer hardware and its components

• Experience in Configuration Management

• Ability to perform system deployments and updates

• Strong problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication and customer service abilities

• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment

• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies

• Familiarity with ITIL processes would be advantageous

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
