Excellent opportunity for adynamic Physician Assistantor Nurse Practitioner to join our team.OurOccupational Medicine Provider will performbaseline and annual physical exams, evaluate, treat, and followup on industrial injuries and non-industrial medical conditions, infectious and hazardous material exposures.Our PA will also implementand supportan ongoing wellness program for Phoenix Fire Department, Phoenix Police Specialty Units and outlying fire departments.

• DEAwith prescriptive authority, NCCPA, current AZ license, and ACLS required

• 3 years' experience required;in occupational medicine, urgent care or orthopedics preferred

• Certification to perform NRCME (DOT) driver examinations required

• Ability to read and interpret treadmill exercise stress tests a plus.
