\ Native Resources International, Inc. in Phoenix, AZ, Phone: 623-869-6757, is seeking to employ twenty (20) Landscape Laborers, for temporary, full-time employment to: landscape or maintain grounds of property using hand or power tools or equipment. Workers typically perform a variety of tasks, which may include any combination of the following: sod laying, mowing, trimming, planting, watering, fertilizing, digging, and raking. May also perform minor repairs and maintenance procedures on equipment utilized in grounds-keeping and tree services through bracing, planting, pruning, removal, spraying, surgery, trimming.No education is required. No experience is required.

Workers are needed to begin work on April 1, 2025 to November 30, 2025. Work will be performed in Phoenix, Arizona including in the county of Maricopa. The employer will provide workers at no charge all tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform the job.

Employer will offer 40 hours of work per week, Monday through Friday, hours 9:00AM to 5:00PM and will be paid no less than \$18.73 per hour and overtime at a rate no less than \$28.09 per hour. The employer will use a single workweek as its standard for computing wages due. Workers will be paid on Friday (bi-weekly) by check.

All deductions from the worker\'s paycheck required by law will be made. Employer agrees to reimburse inbound transportation and subsistence expenses (\$15.88 per day minimum, without receipts, to a maximum of \$59.00 per day, with receipts) from the place from which the worker has come to work for the employer, whether in the U.S. or abroad, to the place of employment if the worker completes 50 percent of the period of employment covered by the job order (not counting any extensions). In determining the appropriate amount of reimbursement for meals for less than a full day, the employer may provide for meal expense reimbursement, with receipts, up to 75 percent of the maximum reimbursement for meals, or \$44.25. The employer may arrange and pay for the transportation and subsistence directly, advance at a minimum the most economical and reasonable common carrier cost of the transportation and subsistence to the worker before the worker\'s departure, or pay the worker for the reasonable costs incurred by the worker. The employer will reimburse the H-2B worker in the first workweek for all visa, visa processing, border crossing, and other related fees, including those mandated by the government, incurred by the H-2B worker (but need not include passport expenses or other charges primarily for the benefit of the worker).
