Job Title: Electromechanical Assembler

Job Description

Perform light electronic assembly work of low complexity and limited scope, including the assembly of smaller parts using visual aids, schematics, and blueprints. Engage in tasks such as cycle counts and operate specialized machinery in the production of aerospace switches.

Hard Skills

  • Experience operating an 'Orbital Swager'

  • 2+ years of light electronic or electromechanical assembly experience

  • Experience forming spring linking

  • Experience using resistance soldering unit

Soft Skills

  • Attention to detail

  • Ability to follow complex instructions

  • Strong work ethic

  • Flexibility to work overtime and travel as required

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in North Phoenix

Work Environment

Shift: 6:00 am - 2:30 pm in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The role demands consistent working hours with the potential for overtime and travel.
