Job Description

David Weekley Homes is seeking a Regional Coordinator to join our Phoenix team.

The successful candidate must possess a strong work ethic, effective communication skills, and have the ability to manage multiple competing priorities. Experience as an executive assistant, in a role within a residential home building or commercial environment, a degree in construction or marketing, or any experience or knowledge in land/legal a plus! Searching for someone that wants to learn and a good strong culture fit.

Responsibilities:

  • Support Leadership Team with strategic discovery and decision making functions

  • Heavily involved in attending Leadership and Department meetings to take thorough notes and facilitate necessary follow up

  • Creation and dissemination of multiple daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports and analysis studies among multiple Department Leaders including land analysis, competitive market studies, demographic studies, sales market recaps, financing measurement and analytic reports, floor plan reviews, etc.

  • Reviews monthly financials to ensure accuracy and proper coding, and supports check requests, credit card coding, and payroll items

  • Processes invoices and monitor overhead expenses

  • Provide general administrative support including creation of PowerPoint presentations for various meetings, printing reports and handouts, ordering supplies, coordinating conference calls and/or meetings, and preparing quarterly Growth Reviews

  • Prepare and proof correspondence, including Team Member Anniversary letters and other correspondence and announcements

  • Ensure Managers are up to date on pertinent information and have the tools to support the day-to-day business needs

  • May arrange travel details, including flights, hotels and ground transportation

  • May manage calendars of Managers on trips and meetings

  • May manage and organize logistics for frequent events and meetings of varying sizes Securing event facility and scheduling conference room usage, preparing agenda, arranging food and beverages, room set up, ordering and disbursing awards, reading assignments, handling audio visual needs, coordinating with attendees

    You background may include…

  • A college degree is a plus, or have equivalent additional experience

  • Administrative experience supporting an entire department/team or executive

  • Supporting an architecture firm, real estate development or construction team

  • Just simply knowing you like to tackle and crank through projects with a smile and a laugh and naturally are the organizer and detailed person within a group
