Job Description:

The Enterprise Marketing Platforms and Solutions (EMPS) team was formed to support business units across the enterprise and sits within the Enterprise Digital and Data Solutions Group (EDDS). This role will support the EDDS organization and is responsible for growing the American Express brand in more than 150 countries around the world.

You will be part of the E-Eligibility Product Team, this team is responsible to create/manage products supporting the segmentation, targeting & eligibility products across 24 Global markets. E-Eligibility team plays a critical role in overall Marketing campaign setup, execution and fulfillment of marketing offers across multiple channels. In this role you will own the E-Eligibility product roadmap and strategic vision. You will partner with colleagues in Product, Engineering, and the Business to inform and drive forward the product roadmap.

An ideal candidate will be interested in product management, technology modernization, and Martech Products. The candidate should be a quick-learner, curious problem solver and adept to work in a fast-paced environment.

The Product Manager will:

  • Develop and drive the Segmentation, Targeting & Eligibility product roadmap and define timelines for future features and capabilities.

  • Provide thought leadership on long-term technology strategy.

  • Actively collaborate with other Product Managers, Product Owners, Marketing, Operations, Engineering and other key stakeholders to push forward and execute long term initiatives.

  • Creative thinker, able to re-envision existing processes to support new product development and product improvements.

  • Coordinate cross-business unit initiatives and management to support new products and/or capabilities by serving as the liaison between marketing and technology.

  • Prioritize feature backlog according to defined outcomes and key results.

  • Have a growth mindset.

Qualifications

  • 5 years of Product Management experience.

  • Strong product ownership and development experience.

  • Excellent organizational skills including attention to detail, handling and prioritization of multiple priorities, managing tight timelines.

  • Experience on one or more teams using Agile software development process such as Scrum or Kanban. SAFe training and certification a plus.

  • Ability to translate technical terminology to business partners and business requirements to technology partners.

  • Proficient creating and delivering executive presentations.

  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.

  • Strong work ethic with a global mindset.

  • Ability to work independently and within a team; good communication skills with a "can do" attitude toward creative problem solving.

  • Self-starter and able to connect dots to understand how their work fits into the broader organization.

  • Experience with Salesforce, Adobe CDP (Customer Data Platform) will be a plus.

  • Experience with Martech ecosystem/platforms will be a plus.

Qualifications

Salary Range: $90,000.00 to $165,000.00 annually bonus benefits
