The Millennium Group Site Manager in Phoenix, Arizona

24.00-27.00 per hour 27.00 | Phoenix, AZ, USA | Hourly | Full Time

The site manager is responsible for providing leadership, operational support, ensuring compliance within TMG Best Practices, and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for all aspects of shipping/receiving; receive, review, receipt, document, prepare, identify, separate, deliver, transport, etc.

  • Ensure priority handling of all incoming packaging and messenger packages

  • Properly creates FedEx labels for domestic and international shipments; adhering to all compliance requirements

  • Physically distribute mail and courier packages by cart, dolly or hand truck to and from various departments throughout the campus/buildings

  • Assist with copy services production; operate and maintain moderate volume of reprographic and finishing projects, reviewing client requirements to the final states of reproduction and distribution, performing copying, printing, finishing of digital print including binding and lamination.

  • Answer and route incoming calls appropriately

  • Maintain quality customer service by providing friendly and responsive processing and distribution of mail, packages, and print services projects

  • Collect data weekly and prepare monthly reports

  • Approve payroll weekly and monitor time and project load to avoid overtime where possible

  • Will cross train on other tasks within the office services team

  • Other tasks as assigned by management

    Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years experience in office services/operations management, with proven, progressive management experience

  • Experience in Microsoft Products including but not limited to; Word, Excel, Outlook, Publisher, and Teams

  • Working knowledge of Adobe software products

  • Must be adaptable to a dynamic environment and possess strong interpersonal skills

  • Able to learn new skills quickly

  • Flexible and able to juggle multiple and at times competing priorities

  • Is personable, articulate, knowledgeable, and professional

  • Strong initiative required; ability to work independently with minimal direct supervision

  • Able to remain diplomatic in stressful situations, team oriented and has the capacity to build strong working relationship both within the team and with external stakeholders

  • Exhibits superior verbal, written, and customer service skills

  • Able to maintain confidentiality while working with highly sensitive materials

  • Able to walk, bend, kneel, stand, and/or sit for extended periods of time

  • Able to lift or move 50lbs. or greater at times
