A Test Reliability Engineering Technician is needed for a major U.S. defense contractor and industrial corporation with core manufacturing concentrations in weapons and military and commercial electronics in the Phoenix, AZ area. This role involves assembling, disassembling, testing, and evaluating aircraft components while following detailed instructions, adhering to quality and safety standards, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

responsibilities:

• Plans, assembles, disassembles, and reworks various aircraft components and systems.

• Performs engineering development and qualification tests on aircraft components.

• Analyzes and evaluates test results to ensure required parameters are maintained.

• Follows blueprints, guidelines, and diagrams to meet product specifications and tolerance levels.

• Performs functional testing according to pre-established procedures for specific parts.

• Monitors tests, records test data, and services test equipment as needed.

• Documents test results, noting acceptance or failure.

• Demonstrates proper use of hand/machine tools, test equipment, and measuring devices.

Skills:

• Works under immediate supervision and follows detailed instructions.

• Performs routine, repetitive tasks with limited judgment.

• Develops basic job skills and follows company policies.

Education and Experience:

• Requires HS diploma or

• 2 years of relevant experience in absence of diploma/GED.
